National Career Education, operated by Institute for Business & Technology, Inc., collects identifiers you provide, including your name, email, phone number and ZIP code; program interests, diploma/GED status, referral information and contact preferences; and questions or messages you send to admissions or career services. We use these categories to answer requests, arrange visits, support admissions and student services, and communicate according to your choices. Optional calls/texts consent records are used to document and honor your communications choices, not to authorize advertising.

Website and security services may process IP addresses, browser/device information and service logs to deliver and protect the website. Where Analytics is permitted, we collect website-interaction events, visitor/session identifiers and campaign/referral information to understand use and attribute inquiries. Where Advertising is permitted, advertising identifiers and permitted contact identifiers may be shared with advertising providers to measure inquiries and subsequent qualified-lead or enrollment outcomes. Cross-context advertising disclosures may constitute sale/sharing or targeted advertising under applicable state law even when we do not receive money for the information.

Google Enhanced Conversions and offline conversion measurement may use SHA-256-hashed email and phone identifiers and authorized advertising click identifiers to match events to Google accounts. Meta Pixel and Conversions API and TikTok Pixel and Events API may use permitted hashed identifiers, advertising identifiers and event information for measurement. Hashes remain personal information; they are not anonymous. Government identifiers, financial-aid details and sensitive message contents are not advertising-matching inputs. Training in a healthcare profession does not mean an inquiry is a patient medical record.

Audience matching is separate from conversion measurement. NCE has provisioned empty Google Customer Match lists, but membership synchronization and uploads are not implemented or active. This notice does not enable them, authorize historical records, or claim audience membership removal is operating. Any future activation requires a separate review of disclosures, authorization, exclusions and removal controls. OpenAI advertising is not enabled. NCE does not operate a public application form collecting Social Security numbers or date of birth on this website; external financial-aid or application services provide their own collection notices. The on-site Net Price Calculator processes household size, income range and dependency-question answers locally in your browser to estimate costs; it does not store or submit those answers, and they are not advertising inputs. Those answers disappear when you leave or reset the calculator.

Recipients include our authorized school staff and service providers for hosting/security (Cloudflare), database/form processing (Supabase), CRM/admissions (HubSpot), communications, analytics (including Google Analytics) and the permitted advertising providers named above. Career-services requests use your email application to send the details you choose to include. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell or transfer SMS opt-in records or consent for another party’s own marketing. Necessary communications providers may process them to deliver and support NCE messages.

We retain contact and inquiry records for admissions/student-service needs, applicable education-record and legal obligations, dispute resolution and security; tracking records according to their purpose and operational need. Retention depends on the category, relationship and applicable requirements, not an unlimited promise. The browser privacy preference lasts up to 180 days. Automated database retention deletion is currently off; a browser opt-out is not deletion of your CRM or student records.

Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising and change Analytics separately. We honor Global Privacy Control for Advertising. Strict or unknown regional policies remain opt-in. Only verified U.S. opt-out-default visits omit the automatic banner; visiting or submitting never creates an explicit consent record. Withdrawal stops future delivery under the withdrawn authorization but cannot retract measurement events already delivered. Browser choices apply to that browser; contact us about records we cannot link to it.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access/portability, correction, deletion, information about collection or disclosure, and applicable limits on sensitive-information uses; use an authorized agent; or appeal a response. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. Email privacy@mikhailed.com, call (916) 969-4900, or write to the school address below. Identify the request and provide enough information to locate your records. We may verify identity for access/correction/deletion or an agent’s authority; website advertising opt-outs require no account. We respond within applicable legal time limits, subject to permitted exceptions. Do not send government identifiers or sensitive financial/health details in an ordinary website inquiry.
